What we're looking for
Essential
- 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Based in the United Kingdom
- Strategic and operational HR expertise
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing or multi-site organisations
- Change management experience
