Role
We’re looking for a Business Developer to help grow our client base by identifying opportunities, qualifying the right leads, and supporting deals from first contact to close.
What you’ll do
- Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
- Support proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression
- Prepare background research for sales conversations
- Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Candidate must be based in Europe
- Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech, digital products, or design-led businesses
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
- Clear communicator, structured, and proactive
