About the Role

As a Founder Associate, you'll work directly alongside the founders, helping turn ideas into execution across operations, finance, content, events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. This isn't a traditional graduate role or an administrative position. It's designed for builders who enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and making things happen. Every week will be different, whether improving operational processes, launching initiatives, supporting financial reporting, growing partnerships, or driving content experiments. If you've built projects, led communities, organized events, started something of your own, or simply have a track record of getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Support business operations and improve internal processes
  • Coordinate payment operations and assist with financial reporting
  • Track KPIs and provide insights to leadership
  • Create and coordinate content across social media channels
  • Launch and analyze growth experiments and special projects
  • Organize events, initiatives, and internal programs from planning through execution
  • Build repeatable operational playbooks and scalable processes
  • Strengthen relationships with community and ecosystem partners
  • Measure partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate directly with founders on high-priority strategic initiatives

  • Proven ability to build, launch, or execute projects with measurable outcomes
