Micro1 is looking for native English speakers from Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom to join an AI training project focused on evaluating English audio recordings. In this role, you'll use your knowledge of natural speech, pronunciation, regional accents, fluency, and language to evaluate audio content and provide accurate, structured feedback. Your expertise will help improve the quality and performance of next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Your native-level English proficiency and understanding of natural speech are the most important qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
  • Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the speaker's target accent or region.
  • Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns.
  • Identify inconsistencies, unnatural phrasing, or other issues in spoken English.
  • Provide clear, concise, and structured feedback on audio recordings.
  • Follow project guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of your regional English accent.
  • Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear written feedback in English.
