Depending on your professional background and strengths, you will be considered for one of two key functions within the department:
- Sales Executive (New Business)
- Identify and engage with potential new business clients via outbound activities.
- Analyze business needs and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)
- Manage and onboard a diverse portfolio of new accounts.
- Optimize and develop advertising campaigns to ensure long-term client success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and performance improvements to increase investment.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates and reduce churn.
What You Bring
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and professional fluency in English (C1).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and digital marketing trends is a plus.
