Location: Greece (On-site)

Your Role:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the database
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot using tools, training, and support materials
  • Provide clear solutions and excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Croatian, Portuguese, or French
  • Good command of English (C1 level)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)
