Your Role
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to meet and exceed targets.
- Present tailored solutions and upsell services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a dedicated Account Manager.
- Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency.
- Track and report sales activities accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
- Proven experience in B2B sales (1+ year), including cold calling and upselling.
- A strong interest in the tech and creative industries.
- EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Availability for immediate relocation or start.
