Our client is a fast-scaling European SaaS company strengthening its footprint across the DACH region ahead of a major growth phase. With significant investment and strong market momentum, the company is building a high-performance commercial sales team in Berlin. They are hiring a Commercial Account Executive (DACH) to drive net-new business in the commercial segment and engage finance decision-makers across the region. This role is ideal for disciplined SaaS sellers who excel in high-velocity, outbound-driven environments and are comfortable managing full-cycle deals with CFO stakeholders.

What You'll Own

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Drive net-new revenue in the 300–900 employee segment
  • Deliver high-impact product demos to CFOs and finance leaders
  • Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual quotas
  • Develop regional go-to-market execution for DACH

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years selling to C-level stakeholders, ideally CFOs
  • Proven success closing €50K+ ACV deals
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline ownership
  • Hands-on experience running product demos
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English
  • Willingness to work 4 days per week onsite in Berlin
