You’ll work with some of the world’s leading hedge funds and asset management firms, supporting high-impact technology hiring mandates across global financial markets. Our growth trajectory creates opportunities that simply do not exist in larger, slower-moving recruitment businesses. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and industry professionals who understand both recruitment and the hedge fund technology landscape at the highest level.

We value people who think commercially, take ownership, and want to help build something meaningful. We reward performance properly. Strong billing and hard work are recognised financially, with uncapped earning potential in a market that consistently produces high-value placements.

  • 6–12 months recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career within recruitment
  • Previous experience recruiting into technology or financial services is beneficial but not essential.
