Psychology has, to date, been taught with great success from within the Science faculty, and the successful candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping its future as a standalone department - designing the curriculum from Year 10 through to a brand-new A Level offer, building department systems and identity from the ground up, and growing and leading a team as pupil numbers increase. This is a rare opportunity for a teacher ready for their first Head of Department post, or an experienced leader seeking a fresh challenge, to build something of their own within a supportive and ambitious school.
