We are currently seeking an
Experienced Composite Trim Supervisor to lead our Night Shift team at our Wellingborough site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced composites professional with strong leadership skills to supervise daily operations, maintain quality standards, and support the development of the Trim department.

- Monday to Thursday
- Core hours: 4:00pm – 2:30am

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Trim team to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Allocate workloads and monitor progress throughout the shift.
- Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals where required.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills, performance, and productivity.
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Support performance management, attendance monitoring, and shift handovers.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with management.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in composite trimming within a high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and build manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
