Are you a practical individual who enjoys working with your hands? Do you have a passion for cars and motor sports? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are recruiting for experienced Composite Trimmers to work the late-shift at our Wellingborough site. Working 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday – Thursday, you will support the smooth functioning of the Trim-Shop department. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

Requirements:
- Have some composite trim experience.
- Have basic knowledge of using tools.
- Experience in a production environment and is used to a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.
- Has good hand eye co-ordination.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions.
- Someone who is practical and enjoys practical working.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Is a team player.
