We have some amazing opportunities for school leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport to join our company as a Laminating apprentice at our Wellingborough site. You would be working with some of the best production operatives in the business and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills.
This is a great way to start your career in the industry as well as gaining a qualification. The course is Lean Manufacturing Level 2.
You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Laminating
- Checking information on drawings is clear
- Checking route card instructions are correct
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Keep all equipment maintained
- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
Skills you will learn:
- Ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential
