Trainee Composite Trimmer

We are currently looking for a Trainee Trimmer to join our team at our Brackley site. Our Trim team plays a vital role in maintaining quality standards and supporting production.
This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, a cycle-to-work scheme, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities: (Training provided)
- Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
- Assist in developing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous but not essential.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
