We are currently hiring trainee laminators at our Wellingborough site. Our laminating team plays a vital role in maintaining our quality standards and supporting production processes.
Position Details:
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Benefits: Competitive pay, pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, overtime during peak periods
Main Responsibilities:
- Laminating and tooling for a variety of products
- Verifying clarity of drawings and correctness of route card instructions
- Assisting in process development to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintaining equipment
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Demonstrating attention to detail
- Applying motorsport/automotive industry knowledge
- Understanding pre-preg autoclave processes
- Interpreting engineering drawings
Training will be provided in all areas.
