Our laminating team plays a vital role in maintaining our quality standards and supporting production processes.

Position Details:
  • Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Benefits: Competitive pay, pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, overtime during peak periods
Main Responsibilities:
  • Laminating and tooling for a variety of products
  • Verifying clarity of drawings and correctness of route card instructions
  • Assisting in process development to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Applying motorsport/automotive industry knowledge
  • Understanding pre-preg autoclave processes
  • Interpreting engineering drawings

Training will be provided in all areas.
