We have opportunities for trainee laminators to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas. This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.
- Checking information on drawings is clear.
- Checking route card instructions are correct.
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Keep all equipment maintained.
- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy.
- Attention to detail.
- Motorsport/Automotive experience.
- Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings.
You will receive in-depth training in the above.
