Crosby Composites are a leading carbon fibre manufacturer working predominately in high end, luxury automotive and formula 1. Established in 1982 we have almost 40 years’ experience of innovation in this field. We have opportunities for experienced trimmers to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

Details

This is a late shift, working Monday to Thursday. Core hours are 4pm to 2:30am. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 19 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

In this role we require individuals who can:

  • Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals.
  • Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent accuracy level.
  • Constant aware of health and safety.
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
