Experienced Composite Trimmer

Position: Composite Trimmer
Location: Brackley site
This is a day shift role, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
- Assist in developing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Read engineering drawings (advantageous but not essential).
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions.
