Established in 1982 we have almost 40 years’ experience of innovation in this field. We have an amazing opportunity for school leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport to join our company as an apprentice at our Brackley site. You would be working with some of the best production operatives in the business and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills.

This is a great way to start your career in the industry as well as gaining a qualification.

You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and will have a tutor come on site to support you through the course. The duration of all of our apprenticeships are 12-18 months. This role would be working on the manuals on CAD as well as hand on experience.

As a company we pay above the apprenticeship rate as well as offering competitive overtime rates. In this role we require individuals who can:

  • Have a passion for Formula One and Motorsport.
  • Can follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Can work well within a team and independently.
  • Will always work to the best of their ability.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Good at practical working.

Successful completion of your apprenticeship can lead to fulltime employment.
