Purpose of the job: To support in manufacturing high-quality Carbon Fibre components and tooling by following established processes and work instructions. This role would suit individuals with experience in precision-based, hands-on work, such as dressmaking, sewing, tailoring, upholstery, textiles, craft production, or similar environments where attention to detail and quality are essential.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble components in accordance with work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Read and interpret drawings, patterns, templates, or technical information to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Follow route cards, job sheets, and production instructions to meet customer and company requirements.
- Carry out tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure products meet the required standard.
- Identify and report any issues with materials, instructions, or processes that may affect quality.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve quality, efficiency, and working practices.
- Maintain equipment and tools in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
