Role Overview

Position: Inspector – Inspection Team at Crosby Composites, Wellingborough.

Day shift, Monday‑Friday, core hours 8am‑4:30pm.

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of the inspection role and required standards
  • Ability to efficiently inspect high‑quality carbon fibre automotive parts and racing components to customer standards
  • Experience working within a quality/inspection environment, knowledge of quality management processes and handling internal non‑conformances
  • Excellent attention to detail; visually inspecting parts to meet standards
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with changing customer schedules and product variations; adaptability and flexibility required
  • Experience with Romer Arm and ability to use Power Inspect software (essential)
