We have opportunities for a Trainee Trimmer to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas. This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities (You will be offered in-depth training):- Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Constantly aware of health and safety
- Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry
- Has good hand eye co-ordination
- Can follow written and verbal instructions
