We have opportunities for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our company at our Brackley site. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. We offer competitive pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
The Role: Reporting to the CNC Manager and working in a small team, you will be required to set up and run 5-axis CNC machines, using set up sheets generated from Powermill and downloading the relevant programmes. Machine details: 2 CMS ARES and 1 CMS Antares.
In this role, we require an individual who can:
- Machine patterns, moulds and component trimming for carbon fibre components.
- Work with a variety of parts and materials machined.
- Experience in using CMS Fanuc controls would be good but not essential.
- Work to a high level of accuracy and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
It would be an advantage to have a recognised apprenticeship and have gained a BTEC qualification (or equivalent).
