Pay: £22.15 per hour for Full time (£24.82 for Bank)

Hours: 36 hours per week or Bank hours

The Role

As a Registered Nurse you'll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You'll:

  • Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
  • Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
  • Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
  • Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
  • Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way

Essential Criteria

  • Current NMC registration (RGN)
  • At least 18 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
  • Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
  • Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
