Please note: This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office. We are looking for Support Workers to join our teams across Peterborough and Whittlesey, providing personalised, one-to-one support to fantastic ladies who are active and creative within their communities.

Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in:
- Daily Living Support: Providing support with essential tasks, including personal care, manual handling, and meal preparation.
- Health & Wellbeing: Administering medication, supporting with finances, and following specific support plans, including SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) and PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) plans.
- Community Engagement: Supporting the ladies to access the community, attend appointments, and pursue their hobbies, ensuring all support promotes their dignity and choice.
Essential Requirements & Practical Details
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential as both ladies have access to mobility cars that enable them to get out and about in the community.
- Experience: You don’t need previous experience in care—what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
- Shift Patterns: We offer flexible shifts across 7 days a week: Peterborough: Day shifts (9 am – 9 pm) and Sleep-in shifts (9 pm – 9 am). Whittlesey: Day Shifts from (9 am – 5 pm) and Sleep-in shifts from (5 pm – 9 am). Flexibility is essential, as occasional weekend work is part of the rota.
