We are looking for an agile, proactive, and customer -focused Sales Administrator<\/b> to join our fast -paced Sales Operations team in Westerham.
<\/p>


<\/p>

This isn't just a standard processing role—you will be a vital pillar of our business, serving as the primary bridge among our external sales team, internal supply chain, and international B2B clients. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):<\/b>

<\/p>

  • Order & Return Management:<\/b> Process high -volume B2B purchase orders accurately via email, EDI, and customer portals. Take ownership of the returns process (RMA) from start to finish.
    <\/li>
  • B2B Customer Support:<\/b> Handle telephone and email enquiries, resolve client issues, and track courier deliveries to ensure on -time dispatch.
    <\/li>
  • Sales & Marketing Support:<\/b> Assist the external sales team with new product setups, special pricing, and promotional configurations. Coordinate the dispatch of marketing collateral and display materials.
    <\/li>
  • International Account Care:<\/b> Manage relationships and logistics for assigned international accounts and customer databases.
    <\/li>
  • Cross -Functional Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with Supply Chain and Dispatch teams to check stock levels, hit customer satisfaction targets, and dynamically assist other internal teams during peak periods.

    What We’re Looking For (Requirements):<\/b>
    <\/p>


    <\/p>

    • Experience:<\/b> Sales Administration experience in a B2B sales support, B2B customer service, or telemarketing environment.
      <\/li>
    • Tech -Savvy:<\/b> Strong computer literacy, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience navigating customer databases/CRM portals.
      <\/li>
    • Communication Skills:<\/b> A flawless, professional, and friendly telephone manner with excellent written skills.
      <\/li>
    • Work Ethic:<\/b> A resilient self -starter who thrives under pressure, works well against deadlines, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, multi -functional team.
