Working alongside Senior Electronics, Firmware, and App Engineers, you will touch every stage of the design lifecycle, with exciting opportunities to collaborate with international teams across the USA and Asia.

<\/p>What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):<\/b>
<\/p>
<\/p>- Full Lifecycle Design:<\/b> Take smart product concepts from early -stage prototyping all the way through to mass production and continuous optimization.
<\/li>- PCB & Schematic Capture:<\/b> Design schematics, develop PCB layouts, and manage component libraries to build robust hardware.
<\/li>- Testing & Fault -Finding:<\/b> Map out test procedures and use general lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies) to diagnose issues, find faults, and verify system performance.
<\/li>- Innovation & Research:<\/b> Explore emerging smart technologies to keep our next -generation connected products ahead of the market curve.
<\/li>- Technical Documentation:<\/b> Maintain structured engineering documentation and parts management using modern PLM systems (3DX).

<\/p>What We Are Looking For:<\/b>
<\/p>
<\/p>Essential (Must -Haves):<\/b>
<\/p>
<\/p>- Experience:<\/b> Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a practical electronics Design or development role.
<\/li>- PCB Design:<\/b> Direct experience with schematic design and PCB layouts, preferably using Altium Designer<\/b>.
<\/li>- Education:<\/b> Degree -level qualification (2:1 or above) in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
<\/li>- Manufacturing Knowledge:<\/b> Experience in hardware and electro -mechanical design tailored for small -to -medium volume manufacturing.
<\/li>- Lab Skills:<\/b> Confident using standard laboratory equipment for testing and debugging, alongside a solid understanding of EMC<\/b> compliance.
<\/li>- Soft Skills:<\/b> Exceptional problem -solving skills, highly methodical nature, and excellent written and verbal communication.
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>Desirable (Nice -to -Haves):<\/b>
<\/p>- Embedded programming experience (ideally working with STM<\/b> or ESP<\/b> microcontrollers).
<\/li>- Strong bench skills, including the ability to hand -solder or fabricate prototype assemblies.
<\/li>- A baseline understanding of stepper motor control and high -voltage PWM motor control.
<\/li><\/ul>
