The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Provide Essential Personal Care and Mobility Support, including confident assistance with wheelchair users (moving, handling, transfers).
- Deliver person-centred support for daily living, skills development, financial management, and community engagement.
- Demonstrate Emotional Resilience and maintain a positive presence across demanding and varied shift patterns.
