We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our supported living service in Crymych, Pembrokeshire. This is an amazing opportunity to help individuals with disabilities live life to the fullest, enjoy their community, and maintain their independence. No previous experience is necessary if you have a positive, caring attitude; we provide full training!
Your Role: Making Independence Possible
- Daily Living: Provide practical support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.
- Personal Care: Assist respectfully with personal care routines and manual handling where needed.
- Community Life: Join in on fun trips, social activities, and community events in the beautiful Pembrokeshire area.
- Health & Wellbeing: Help promote positive routines and support medication/health needs.
