Location: South West Region - Home-based (Preferably close to Truro, Cornwall)
Salary: Up to £23,639.51 per annum + Benefits & Mileage
Hours: 24 hours/week over 3 days (Permanent)

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to our Service Quality Director, who brings lived experience of a learning disability to their executive leadership and Board position.
This isn't just standard admin—it’s an empowering, high-impact partnership combining executive support, travel coordination, and quality improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Diary management, meeting coordination, agendas, and board documentation.
- Travel & Access: Accompany and transport the Director on regional service and site visits.
- Accessible Working: Prepare clear, accessible briefings, presentations, and correspondence.
- Quality & Projects: Assist with quality assurance projects and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements
- Proven executive, project, or senior administrative experience (or strong transferable skills).
- Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive leadership.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
