As Head of Housekeeping at our care home, you will lead a team to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. Essential Criteria
- Experience in housekeeping (preferably within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment)
- Supervisory or team-leading background with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A caring nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families
- Driving licence is essential if not living locally due to the location of the home
