Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 Permanent: 30 hours per week, based on your availability. A national disability charity is looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to make a real difference in the life of a young, energetic, and vibrant autistic gentleman in his own home (no personal care required) Why This Role is Extraordinary: This is more than a jobits a chance to empower someone to thrive. From sharing in daily activities to offering emotional support, every day is an opportunity to create meaningful connections and memories. Salary & Benefits: – Support Worker -Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 £22,308 per annum (pro-rata) + excellent benefits. Shift Pattern : between 9:00 AM9:00 AM with 2 sleep-ins a week. Youll earn an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for sleep-ins. – We respect your time, so we plan rotas 4 weeks in advance ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance! 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
