We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Thetford, working across both residential and supported living services within a 24/7 disability support setting.
You\βll support individuals with their daily routines, engage in fun and meaningful activities, and use a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to promote wellbeing and manage behaviours that may be challenging. Some personal care and use of the Hoist will be required when needed
Our services are lively and engagingwhether its arts and crafts, a trip to the cinema, shopping outings, sensory sessions, or a weekend break to the seaside, no two days are the same. Youll be part of a team that makes these moments possible.
Shift Options: Support Care Workers Disability Services β Thetford, Norfolk
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Day Shifts: Typically, a variety of hours between 7 am and 10 pm
- Waking Night Shifts: Usually 9 pm/10 pm to 7 am
- All rotas are planned across 7 days, so flexibility is key
- Contract options available for Days Only or Waking Nights Only
