Could you be the highlight of someone's day? We are a leading disability charity looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Sudbury, Suffolk. The Shift Patterns:
- Early: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Late: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Sleep-ins: We require all team members to be able to commit to a minimum of one sleep-in shift per week (paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70).
What your day-to-day will look like:

- Empower Independence: Assist with daily activities, hobbies, and life skills.
- Provide Emotional Support: Be a consistent, trusting presence in their lives.
- Enable Community Life: Help individuals stay active and engaged with the world around them.
