Care Home Deputy General Manager - Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) - Care Home
Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay : £55,000 per annum
Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you'll help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. Youll inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.
The Role:
Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence
Oversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of life
Essential Criteria:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with mentoring/supervision qualification
Experience supporting residents with varied health needs
Strong track record in safeguarding, clinical risk assessment, and HR processes
Knowledge of budget management, sales & marketing
Compassionate, resilient, and committed to quality care
