In this role, you’ll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Your Role
- Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
- Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
- Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
- Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents’ well-being is always the top priority
Essential Criteria
- At least 6 months working as a carer for older people
- Experience working with people living with Dementia
- A kind, patient, and understanding nature
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic and flexibility
