Your Role:
- Leading the care team: delegating duties, supervising and mentoring
- Supporting medication administration and stock management
- Updating care plans and risk assessments
- Liaising with GPs, district nurses, and families
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working as a Senior Carer in a care home
- NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (candidates with NVQ Level 2 working toward Level 3 may be considered - depending on experience)
Desirable Criteria:
- Medication Trained
