As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you’ll look after the different needs of residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Like everyone here, as a Senior Night Care Assistant, you’ll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, as well as playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming and vibrant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Lead: Guide and inspire the Care Assistant team alongside the Deputy General Manager.
  • Clinical Support: Assist the clinical team in specific areas like medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
  • Deliver Care: Ensure every resident receives dignified, warm, and individualised support, making the environment welcoming and vibrant.
  • Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience: As a Senior Carer or Team Leader
  • Knowledge: Specific knowledge ofclinical care for the elderly. and medication trained
  • Character: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and highly committed.
