Location: Boroughbridge YO51 9LW
Hours: 44 hours per week
Pay: £14.75 per hour
The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll:
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews
- Ensure residents’ dignity, preferences, and wellbeing are always respected
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and colleagues
Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to personalised care
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
