Care Assistant - Care Home
Pay: £13.21 per hour (Bank Rate - £14.80)
Hours: Days (12 hour shifts) 8am until 8pm OR Bank Hours

Your Role
- Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
- Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
- Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
- Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents well-being is always the top priority
Essential Criteria
- Experience as a carer for older people within a care home setting
- A kind, patient, and understanding nature
- Good communication skills and a willingness xgikmsk to learn
- Excellent work ethic and flexibility
