The Role

As a Registered Nurse you'll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will:

  • Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
  • Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
  • Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
  • Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
  • Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way

Essential Criteria

  • Current NMC registration (RGN)
  • At least one year's experience in a Nursing home
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
  • Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
