Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and motivatedProduction Line Leaderto join our fresh produce manufacturing team in Peterborough. If you have a background infood production, manufacturing, or packing, and experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of Production and Machine Operatives across high-speed packing lines (citrus, grapes, loose fruit).
- Maintain high standards in health & safety, food hygiene, and product quality.
- Work alongside Quality Control to ensure product freshness and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; report breakdowns and inefficiencies.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture on the line.
- Complete shift paperwork and liaise with management on daily performance.
