HMLR is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Fylde-based Transformation Delivery Team. In this role, you will lead high-profile, innovative initiatives, bringing together expert teams to reshape how we deliver vital national services.
We need a sharp, proactive Project Manager to lead high-profile tech and business transformation initiatives right here in Plymouth.
Please note this role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Travel and overnight stays will be required from time to time. HMLR expects everyone to spend at least 60% of their working time in the office.

As a Project Manager in our Transformation Delivery Team, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
- Drive: Own project delivery from initiation to completion—managing timelines, scope, and quality.
- Control: Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and the creation of robust business cases.
- Collaborate: Bring together cross-functional experts and manage relationships with external suppliers.
