The Impact You’ll Make

  • Lead & Develop: Manage and supervise junior psychological staff while evolving site-specific services.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-level assessments, complex formulations, and 1:1/group interventions via the 'Making Sense' programme.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide clinical oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) and deliver specialist training to prison and healthcare staff.
  • Innovate: Contribute to audits, research, and service evaluations to ensure we constantly do things better together.

What You’ll Need

  • Registration: HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic).
  • Specialism: Postgraduate training in relevant therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, CAT, Schema, or Systemic).
  • Experience: A proven track record in integrated mental health services and a deep understanding of the unique challenges within secure environments.
