Are you a hands-on Engineer with the technical expertise to bridge the gap between the workshop and the supply chain? We are seeking a Production Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of our assembly, inspection, and technical procurement processes. Reporting to the Production Director, you will ensure our high-quality standards are met while coordinating closely with machine shops and subcontractors.
- Precision Assembly: Lead the build, test, and servicing of complex mechanical products. Manage relationships with machine shops/fabricators to source parts and ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Expert Training: Strip down, repair, and reverse-engineer components as required.
- Engineering Pedigree: An apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
- Manufacturing IQ: Strong knowledge of milling, turning, fabrication, and technical drawings. Experience working with external subcontractors and suppliers. A clean driving licence and solid IT skills. (SolidWorks or Forklift experience is a plus!)
