You’ll combine hands-on support for adults with a learning disability (including some personal care) with supervising and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Lead, coach, and support care teams on shift
- Assist with rotas, records, audits, and support plans
- Deputise for the Support Manager
- Promote safety, dignity, inclusion, and independence
We’re looking for people with experience in learning-disability support, leadership skills, and knowledge of safeguarding. Level 3 Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
