Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13 6JZ Hours: 42 hours per week (mix of supernumerary and shift work) Pay : 23.94 per hour About the Role Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.
