Salary: £15.05 per hour - Days, Nights OR Bank shifts available

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Lead: Guide and inspire the Care Assistant team alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Clinical Support: Assist the clinical team in specific areas like medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
- Deliver Care: Ensure every resident receives dignified, warm, and individualized support, making the environment welcoming and vibrant.
Essential Criteria
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. (candidates with NVQ Level 2 working toward Level 3 may be considered - depending on experience)
- Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and medication trained.
