In this vital role, you will make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will support a diverse group of people with unique abilities and needs.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with essential daily activities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and holidays.
- Providing crucial emotional support.
Contracts & Structured Schedule
We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:
- Full-Time Contracts: Available at 37.5 or 20 hrs + hours a week.
- Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
Shift Details: -Support Care Worker -Uckfield, East Sussex TN22
All our services are 24hr care. xgikmsk We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
- Days: shift patterns between the hours of 07:00-22:00 ( 9-3, or 3 -10, etc., flexibility)
- Occasional Sleep-ins, if required: 22:00 07:00 *There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
