What You’ll Receive: – Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset
- Competitive salary of £24,195 (pro-rata for part-time)
- £63.70 flat rate for each sleep-in shift

Who We’re Looking For: -Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset
- Someone who genuinely cares about people

- Someone flexible with working hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- A Full UK driving license – essential for supporting people out and about
- Male applicants only, in line with the personal care needs of the individuals we support (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
What the Role Involves:
- Supporting individuals in their daily lives – at home and in the community
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression
- Creating meaningful connections and shared experiences
- Working a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care team, including:
- Day shifts
- Evenings and weekends
- Sleep-ins (22:00 – 07:00), paid at £63.70 per night
- Enjoying the benefit of 4 weeks’ advance notice on your rota
